Lunch:-
1 mangkuk kecik nasik putih + 1 ekor ikan termenung goreng + 2 ketul ubi kentang masak kari + air suam
Bbrrppp...!!! Alhamdulillah... kenyang.
Minum petang:-
1 biji bun kacang hitam Gardenia + air suam
~ Dinner: 2 potong murtabak cream cracker sardin + air suam |
