MISI TIZ@NELYDIA LOOK ALIKE DAY 7

Breakfast:-

1 senduk kueteow goreng + 2 sudu sambal ayam + air masak
Breakfast kat Ramli Selera Kampung, City Mewah.

Minum pagi:-

1 biji epal ijo + air masak
Krup krap... krup krap... Ermmm... dappp..! ;P

Lunch:-

1 mangkuk kecik nasik putih + 1 ekor ikan goreng + 2 sudu sayur kacang panjang tumis + air masak
Tapau je kat 'Mokcik Banjir'. Kiut tak nama gelaran tuh? He3... Nanti la ah kak cerita pasal asal-usul nama 'Mokcik Banjir' tu, ek! ;)

Minum petang:-

Togok air masak je... Minuman paling sihat. Heh3...

~ Dinner: 1 mangkuk kecik sup telur + air masak.

Dah berani nak 'jumpa' penimbang. Turun 2 kilo selepas 7 hari. Alhamdulillah... 

Tak lama lagik, 'rupa paras' Tiz Zaqyah @ Nelydia Senrose akan muncul sikit2. Ahaks3... Perasan betul mokcik nih! ;P
